$279 per night for a Double Queen Suite (one bedroom) with fully equipped kitchenette and living area with pull out sofa.

Below are some general bits of information about the block discount:

  1. Reservations by attendees must be received on or before Tuesday, June 3, 2025

  2. Room, tax, and incidental charges will be paid by Individual Attendees

  3. Cancellations, without penalty, must be made 48 hours before reservation date.

  4. Because parking is at a premium in downtown St. Augustine, the hotel charges a parking fee of $25/day. This fee will be discounted to $13.95/day for the group.

1 King and 2 Queen bed studio suites (sitting and sleeping area in the same space), and One Bedroom 1 King and 2 Queen bed suites (sleeping and sitting areas are separate) are available. There are even a few Two Bath, Two King suites.
